Named after the latitude of Biel/Bienne, home to Cimier and one of the key centers of Swiss watchmaking, the 47° North also points to the northern gateway of the Swiss Alps, the brand’s natural playground.

Designed as a true tool watch, the 47° North is reliable, legible, and robust, built to accompany wearers from mountain trails to city streets. Refined details and finishing lend it a versatility that extends well beyond outdoor use. Drawing inspiration from Cimier’s heritage field watches, it blends vintage character with contemporary balance. Its compact 38mm case offers a comfortable fit, while the mix of brushed and polished surfaces brings a subtle sense of depth and precision.

A sapphire case back reveals the Swiss automatic movement within. The 47° North is powered by the ETA 2824-2 caliber, a benchmark of Swiss mechanical watchmaking known for its reliability and durability. Finely finished with rhodium plating, blued screws, Geneva stripes, and snailing, it beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers a 38-hour power reserve. The stop-seconds function allows for precise time setting.
