Warranty

The card inside the box containing your CIMIER watch is an international warranty certificate. This card must be dated, completed and stamped by CIMIER in order to be valid. Your CIMIER watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for three years after the date of purchase, as long as the watch was purchased from CIMIER or one of its approved retailers. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or improper use of the watch. If your watch requires maintenance during the warranty period, please only contact Montres CIMIER directly, using the form below.
